Step 1
In the morning after my morning shift, go down to the Secretary of State and get applications and fill them out and start submitting them.
If I can get a good job with the Sec'y of State or with the State of IL. then I will be a very happy man. Well, it will be 1 step out of many that will lead to a stability that will hopefully make life a lot easier.
