Hush Little Baby, Don't Say A Word
So, my sleep is still alllll messed up. Last night I didn't fall asleep until after 4am. I was actually trying to sleep too. It just didn't happen. Of course I had work this morning and I was up by 6:30am. I wasn't tired during my break today so I did not nap. Now I am for some reason still awake and it is after midnight. I don't understand how I can be wired when I need to be sleeping and groggy when I need to be awake. Even when I try to correct this by 1 of 2 methods. 1st is staying up realllllly late and then getting up early so that the next night I hope to be so tired I go to bed early or 2nd is just going to bed at 8 or 9 and lay there until I fall asleep. There is also the last resort method which includes PM medicines that help you induce sleep. I can't do that method most of the time because I don't realize that I cannot sleep until very late and if I take the meds then I will be even more messed up.
